3. An MXN $10,000 hold (approximately US $520) will be placed on your credit card at check-in. Please consider that only a credit card is accepted for this hold, no cash or debit. Otherwise, the guest will be unable to check-in. This hold will be released the same day of your departure, considering there are NO extra charges or incidentals.

4. Due to a local tax, all guests are subject to a municipal/local tax of MXN $76 per room per night (around $5 USD per night) upon check-in. The tax applies to all guests and will be charged upon arrival at the hotel. This is in addition to the final amount shown in your room confirmation. Please note that it is subject to change.

6. Please note that only the guests staying in the Turquoize section (adults only 18+) will have access to the Rooftop Pool / Punta Vista pool and bar.
