We've used HappyShuttleCancun.com twice to get to the resort and had a pleasant experience. It's a private shuttle service, usually around $44 for 1-2 passengers, $49 for 4-5 passengers, and $86 for 16 passengers. For the return trip to the airport, we typically used Uber, as it allowed us to adjust the time we wanted to leave the resort.
